You browse. You buy. You get the real face: officially licensed, not a bootleg. We don’t promise eternal happiness, inner peace, or that your group chat will think you’re funny. We do promise the smirk is legit and the license is real. Problem?

Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax and shipping. Your order is an offer; it’s accepted when we confirm it by email. If something is mispriced or out of stock after you pay, we cancel that line and refund it in full. We won’t quietly substitute a different smirk and hope you don’t notice. That’s a different store.

Payment is handled by Shopify. We never see your card number. We’re trolls, not a skimmer in a hoodie.

Direct orders: please allow 1-14 days to ship. No fake “arrives tomorrow” energy. It leaves when it leaves. Rates and countries are calculated at checkout (international). There is no published change-of-mind return window, because we didn’t publish one. Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will make that right. Direct SKUs are sold here. Apparel tagged Via Goatfarm is sold on Goatfarm. Clicking through means their tab, their terms, their payment, and their shipping and returns apply to that order, not ours. Community Creations lets anyone who signs in with X look at merch ideas. A regular X account is enough. Creating a listing needs X plus proof you hold the required tokens or the nft, without a wallet popup on this site, via Matrica Connect. Voting needs tokens or the nft or both. Each X account gets one vote per idea: token holders count as 1, nft holders count as 1, token plus nft holders count as 3. Votes have no cash value and are not a security, investment, or store credit. The vote chart is a game, not a market. Do not treat it like one. We will laugh.

69 yes-votes (weighted: tokens = 1, nft = 1, tokens plus nft = 3) makes an idea eligible for approval stage, where it is highly considered. Ideas below that threshold may still be picked as a matter of taste or interest. Hitting the count does not guarantee we will manufacture your cursed mug. If we do manufacture an idea, the troll team contacts the creator, schematics are made, the item is produced, and the creator earns a percentage of sales on that concept, on terms set in the creator agreement at that time.

Submitting an idea grants umadbro a perpetual license to use, manufacture, and sell that design. You do not receive a license to sell Trollface yourself. Throwing an idea is not a backdoor into the IP. Nice try.

Post a review and you’re confirming you bought the item, it’s your own honest opinion, and you’re giving us permission to publish it under your shop profile. We moderate: reviews go under review and can take up to 72 hours to publish. Spam, impersonation, and abuse don’t make it through. Fake five-stars from your other account also don’t make it through. We can tell.

Trollface is the real face. umadbro holds a license to sell it; we don’t own the IP. Everything we sell is officially licensed; everything that isn’t is a bootleg. Don’t rip the art. Don’t pretend you’re us. Don’t sell the smirk off a blank tee you found on a marketplace. That’s the whole bit, reverse. Folklore has lawyers. Problem?

If something ships wrong or breaks on arrival, contact us (or Goatfarm, for their orders) and we’ll fix or refund it. Beyond that, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. We’re not liable for how you use a mousepad in an argument, a group chat, or a crime. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you. We can troll the copy. We cannot troll the statute.

We may update these terms. The version live when you order is the one that governs it. Refreshing later does not rewrite a receipt you already have. We are not that kind of troll.
