The live store at umadbro.shop does not publish a change-of-mind refund policy. We follow that: unused “I changed my mind” returns are not offered.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, email Yo@umadbro.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Bought on Goatfarm? Returned on Goatfarm. Their policy is all sales final: no refunds or exchanges because of the limited drops, except incorrect or faulty items reported within 14 days of delivery. Email them from the address you ordered with. Full detail: Goatfarm refund policy.

Change-of-mind, worn or used gear, and Goatfarm collab drops (unless the item is incorrect or faulty): not returnable.
