umadbro (umadbro.shop) is the officially licensed Trollface store. We hold a license to the face, not the IP itself. Pads, tees, hats, hoodies, tracksuits, items, accessories. Buy the real face here. Anywhere else selling it is a bootleg.
Shipping & returns?+
The catalog ships from us; a few pieces tagged collab still check out on the partner. Direct orders: please allow 1-14 days to ship. Rates and countries are set at Shopify Checkout. The official shop ships internationally. There is no published change-of-mind return window; if it arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery. Tagged collab orders are all-sales-final on Goatfarm except incorrect or faulty items. Shipping / Returns in the footer has the long version.

Who created Trollface?+
Carlos Ramirez, online as Whynne, drew it in MS Paint in 2008 for a comic mocking internet trolls. The face outlived the joke. He registered the artwork with the U.S. Copyright Office (created 2008), which is why officially licensed merch exists and why commercial bootlegs get letters. History in the footer has the long version.
Do I need an account?+
No. Shopping and checkout stay guest. Sign in with email if you want a profile for orders and reviews. Attach X and token holdings later if you want Create+. Votes and listings stay on the creation hub.
Can I leave a review?+
Yes. On the product page, after you sign in with email and we've matched a purchase of that item (same checkout email, or the review link from your order). Reviews go under review and can take up to 72 hours to publish, so spam doesn't count as a rating.

What is the creation hub?+
Community Creations is /shop/creations. It's a board for merch ideas, not the catalog. Suggest a tee, a hat, a pad, whatever; the product tag is a label on the idea, not a shop filter. You cannot buy from the board. Sort by trending, newest, most popular, almost there, approval stage, or picked. Search works. An empty board is empty — no sample cards.
How do I list an idea?+
Sign in with X (any regular account), then prove you hold the required tokens or the nft via Matrica Connect (no wallet popup on this site). Name it, mock it in Troll Studio or upload png/jpg/webp (up to 3 files), submit. You can list more than one idea. We check it first — nobody else sees it until we approve. You must be 18+. The work has to be original (no other brands or memes). You grant umadbro a perpetual license to make and sell it; you do not get a license to sell Trollface yourself.
What is Troll Studio?+
The in-browser mockup pad on create a listing. Blank canvas or a photo mock: tee, hoodie, crewneck, hat, beanie, pad, mug, tote, poster, sticker, socks. Paint, type, drop the face, layers, undo. Attach the PNG to the listing. It does not print or charge a card. Drafts stay on this device until you submit.
How does voting work?+
Sign in with X, then prove holdings. Voting needs tokens or the nft or both. Tokens = 1, nft = 1, tokens plus nft = 3. One vote per idea per X account; once it's in, it stays. You cannot vote your own listing. Votes have no cash value — don't treat the chart like a market.
Do I need tokens to participate?+
Create needs X plus proof you hold the required tokens or the nft. Voting needs tokens or the nft or both. The merch shop can sign in with email — no X required for reviews. Matrica is a holder gate, not shop login. No wallet popup on this site.
What does 69 yes-votes mean?+
69 yes-votes (weighted: tokens = 1, nft = 1, tokens plus nft = 3) puts an idea in approval stage. That means it is highly considered. Hitting the count does not guarantee we make the product. Ideas below that can still be picked as a matter of taste.
Can I buy community creations?+
No. The board is mocks, not merch. Suggested prices are ideas; if we make it, we set the shop price. When an idea is marked made, buy the real one in the catalog.
What if my idea gets picked?+
The troll team contacts you, schematics get drawn, the item is produced, and you earn a cut of sales on that concept. Hitting the yes-vote count does not guarantee that. Terms live in the creator agreement.
Can I delete my listing?+
While it's still pending or rejected, yes — votes go with it, no undo. Once it's live on the board, at approval stage, picked, or made, you cannot pull it.
